EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR:
Mr. Lam Ching Kui, (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer)
Mr. Lam Ching Kui ("Mr. Lam"), aged 60, has over 27 years of experience in project investments and securities investments. Mr.Lam has been engaged in industrial and residential property development in the PRC and commercial property investment in Hong Kong. He has made investments in listed securities and renewable energy. Mr. Lam is an indirect substantial shareholder of the Company and has been the Chairman and an Executive Director of the Company since December 2007. Mr. Lam is responsible for the overall strategic planning of the Group. Mr. Lam is also the chairman and an executive director of Wai Chun Group Holdings Limited (“Wai Chun Group”), a public listed company in Hong Kong.
INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
Mr. Chan Cheuk Ho
Mr. Chan Cheuk Ho (“Mr. Chan”), aged 54, joined Pine Technology Holdings Limited, a listed company in the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 1079) on 8 June 2017 as an executive Director. Mr. Chan obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1989 and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Manchester in 2003. Mr. Chan is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2003. In the past 20 years, Mr. Chan was the finance director, financial controller and company secretary of several companies listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange Limited. He is currently an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the audit committee and remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee of the board of Eagle Nice (International) Holdings Limited, the shares of which are listed on the Main Board (stock code: 2368) of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Mr. Wan Bo
Mr. Wan Bo, aged 53, Mr. Wan has been the general manager of Guizhou Haiming Real Estate Investment Co. Ltd since 2001. Mr. Wan also served as the general manager of Guizhou Qianyi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. from 1991 to 2000. Mr. Wan is an engineer and graduated from East China Jiaotong University with major in Civil Engineering.
Mr. Hau Pak Man
Mr. Hau Pak Man ("Mr. Hau"), aged 75, a Hong Kong permanent resident, graduated from Beijing University of Technology in 1966 and obtained a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering. He has extensive working experiences in electrical engineering and information technology. Mr. Hau was a member of the Nineth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelveth National Committee of the Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Committee for Liaise with Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese of the Eleventh, Twelveth National Committee of the Chinese Peoples Political Constructive Conference and Mr. Hau is currently a member of Selection Meeting for Representatives of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of The Thirteenth National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China（中華人民共和國香港特別行政區第十三屆全國人民代表大會代表選舉會議成員）. Mr. Hau has been an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company since November 2012.
